A solution was implemented on the corner plot, with a single flat on each floor, based on the efficiency of room widths and dimensions, and where balconies (if desired) were set up to be used as a continuation of the kitchen or living room when closed. With the design of the roof in the Mansard type, a bedroom and a terrace were added to the flat on the last floor.

Anne-baba-çocuk ve evcil hayvanlardan oluşan tatlı bir ailenin ekolojik yaşamının başlayacağı bu villa, onların ihtiyaçlarına ve yaşam tarzlarına göre tasarlandı. İki katlı olmasına rağmen, her odanın düz ayak bahçeye ulaştığı ve küçük çocuklarının evin her noktasından izlenebildiği kör ve karanlık noktası olmayan bu ev giriş cephesinden tek katlı görünmekte ve bölgenin doğasına ayak uydurmaktadır.
